CREATE PARTNERSHIPS with LOCAL BUSINESSES

Begin conversations with local businesses. Many local businesses provide catering services for special lunches and meetings on a regular schedule. You can offer them a discount so they place an order. Make sure you give them the full menu.

However, you can choose when your happy hours (not necessarily one hour) will be held depending on the time of day and when customers are visiting your restaurant.

If you don’t advertise that you are open and also offer some kind of promotion, you might miss out on many of these sales opportunities.

You’ll see an increase in your customer base if you get people to come to your restaurant for these special events.

HOST YOUR OWN EVENTS AND CLASSES

You can host cooking classes, wine tastings, and themed dinner parties. These are just a few examples of events your restaurant could host to draw people to your restaurant and let them experience your atmosphere.

SEND BIRTHDAY E-MailS

Nearly everyone celebrates their birthday by going out. They often bring a lot of people along when they celebrate their birthday. This is a great way to increase your restaurant’s customer base.

Send an email to your customers with a special offer for their birthday. You could offer them a free appetizer, dessert, or their entire meal. This is a great way for them to remember about your restaurant and may even encourage their friends to try your food.
